Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."

"Very courteous and professional experience from scheduling in the office to the plumber who did the work. I needed a gas line ran for a stove and had some issues with water supply to a tub. They did a free estimate and were priced much better than local competition. The work done was top notch, more affordable didn't mean a lesser quality of work. And no hidden fees, the prices quoted for the options were what I was billed. I was very pleased with the work done by Tyler and by the friendliness and courtesy all around from the company. "Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. He sourced and replaced my house water filter's carbon tank, along with installing some extras to make replacing annual sediment filters an easier task. In the past he's moved a gas pipe that was in a terrible place in my storage room to help get it out of the way, and installed and perfectly leveled a fussy ice maker at the bar. He always gives friendly quotes and expert advice, is patient when going over any instructions, cleans up after the work, and he's training his fellow plumbers to do all of those same things.
