"We are so pleased and would rate 15 stars not just 5. They worked about 11 hours straight on a Sunday and returned on Monday for about 3 hours to finish up. Most of the work had to be done in a crawl space. Supervisor Ron and John his right hand man were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and told us step by step what ws being done. We would never consider hiring anyone else and definitely recommend Luckeys to everyone. Pricing was more than fair. The gals in the office were wonderful and knowledgeable also. After initial contact a design and materials selection appointment was quickly made, and a timely installation date was scheduled. My job started on time, and an installer worked at my home 8 hours each day until my kitchen and bathroom renovations were completed. The installers were very respectful to my property. They well cleaned their work areas at the end of each day, and finished the kitchen and bathroom within the time frame that I was quoted. "Sal was great to work with. He let me know days he was going to be there, days he wouldn't, and roughly how long things would take. The whole build took about a month (a couple of days each week). I could tell he cared about doing good work. He bid the project in the spring and installed in late summer. Even with up and down building costs, he stayed on budget and didn't try to nickel and dime me as the project progressed."
