"Our home was damaged by some spring storms and our insurance company said we were entitled to a new roof and siding. This can be a daunting task, who do you call? I saw Green Valley Roofing Siding & Windows online and I decided to email them about bids. From the very beginning I could tell customer service was a high priority for Green Valley. Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! My wife and I felt like they took care of us just as if we were members of their family, a very rare attitude in 2023! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish everyone working for Green Valley was top notch! The new roof and siding looks awesome! "The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. "Not at all. Your agent could only get me a repair person next Wednesday and today is Friday. The agent did say they are not an emergency repair, but if an important appliance breaks you need it fixed ASAP. For example...this is the middle of a hot summer. If my A/C brakes and your service sets up a repair for a week from now....that means My family & I suffer for a week. I called back and said I need a repair for my dishwasher now. They said they would try to get an earlier appointment...then called back and said it wasn't possible. I guess I was doomed to eat out of paper plates and cups until next week. I called a local repairman and he came today and fixed it. It cost me $110 out of pocket...but it was fixed TODAY!!!!"

"Tad did an excellent job. Most of the roofing companies in town didn't even bother to return my calls requesting an estimate. We have what is considered a two and a half story house with three dormers. When Tad left his estimate in my mailbox (I wasn't home at the time) we were wondering if he knew what he was getting into so we requested he stop by and talk to us. We had two layers of shingles plus the wood shacker shingles that needed to be torn off the roof. Tad's estimate came $10,000 less than all of the others and we needed to verify the estimate included everything. He came by the house and assured us the estimate was correct and stated he had been doing roofs since 1996 and knew from experience what he would find. He ended up doing the "roof from h***" and taking a day and a half more than planned but he still came in at the same price he quoted us. Tad and his crew were prompt every morning and they all knew their job. The job they did cleaning up was also excellent. I now have a beautiful light gray roof instead of the God awfull green one we have had to look at for 16 years. If only the rest of the structural work we are having done would go as smoothly. I would definetly give Morrison Roofing a call.
