"THEY PERFORMED EVERY ASPECT OF THE ROOFING JOBS THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME IN WHAT I THINK SHOULD BE THE BENCHMARK FOR OTHERS TO STRIVE FOR."

"Dave Orsi worked persistently to get our homeowners insurance to cover replacement for our leaky roof caused by wind and hail damage. Homestead’s crew did a good repair and eventually replacement shingling job Mark O."

"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"Roofco worked well with the Solar Company so the roof installation did not delay the solar panel installation.  Jamieson also patiently worked with us on the selection of appropriate products for a complicated application.  The workers were hard-working and cleaned up all evidence of the removal of the old shingles.  They repeatedly cleaned up the site, an absolute must since we have small grandchildren that frequent our yard!  The bid and work were prompt, and even a few extras services were even added at no additional cost.  We are happy with the final result and are thrilled to report after the recent downpours---not a single leak.

"Des Moines Area Roofing exceeded my expectations! From getting the initial bid to making sure every last nail was picked up from my yard, the entire team was efficient, courteous and professional. When I first realized I needed a new roof, I was concerned that I didn't know enough about roofs to get a quality roof. Des Moines Area Roofing answered all of my questions, even questions I didn't know to ask! When the roofers started to work, I was confident I would be getting a roof with quality materials installed by qualified roofers. I am more than pleased with my new roof. I highly recommend Des Moines Area Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not overly pleased. I did not hear from them for a week or more after I purchased it so I called them. The guy was on a roof and was supposed to call me back. That didn't happen for 3 or 4 days. He said he would call me back because he had several more jobs lined up. It took a couple more phone calls. It took them a long time to get here. I have a very small house so what I was paying was really not that good of a deal for me. The price was the same no matter what the size was. As the winter has progressed, it appears that the work they did wasn't really that great. My soffits are basically coming apart and the down pipe of the gutter has come off already. I would have thought that reattaching a down spout on a gutter would have been part of them cleaning it."

"Choice is a solid home warranty company. They are very responsive during claims, and they cover a fair amount of issues. As you would suspect, certain exclusions apply, but I feel like you get what you pay for with their pricing model. I pay for convenience because if something happens I can call them and know someone will be out soon to fix the issue."

"Their crew and owner showed up on time which to me is a plus. Went to work and completed job in a little over 4 hours. That included clean-up. Very impressed with their hard work and professionalism! I have a friend that works for State Farm disaster team and had him look at price for job! He told me that was an excellent price!! They are awesome group of men and if you are looking for someone to give you a fair price and do a great job putting up gutters these are who you need to hire!!!
