"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"Easy to recommend them as they tore my old roof off, laid down all new OSB, and replaced my shingles while I was out of town and the finished product looks this good. I am glad I listened to the color suggestion that Randy gave me. The charcoal color really makes the brick on my home pop. Thanks Avalon."

"This contractor provided me a quote for a 50 year roof that is transferable to a new owner. The cost was similar to another quote for a 25 year roof that was not transferable. They stuck to the schedule and it looks great"

"Workers showed up on time. Big job installing tiles to waterproof our 110 year old house. We are very happy with the results. It was an expensive project but well worth the money"

"they were on time and on budget. Installed our new shingle roof in one day"

"We were pleased with the work done, although we are still waiting for an estimate to clean the roof where moss has grown on the shingles."

"The process went as smooth as it could go. The contractor came out in a couple of days of my phone call and gave me an estimate. Their price was competitive but more affordable. They were up working in 3 weeks. The crew did an awesome job! They were thorough with their work, and any questions or concerns they had while working were relayed to me. Great crew, great company!"

"Great, detailed work. Installed 13 windows and even agreed to install a new garage door opener while working on the windows. Great group of local guys! Steve"

"Ryan stood out in the freezing cold winter and did all this work for us in a pinch. I am very thankful for him and this guy knows what he is doing. His work is excellent and I would not have a problem hiring him again. I plan on hiring him for future jobs inside my house. He works really quick and does not like to stop too much to talk or take a break except for lunch. My house looks like a brand new home and is better than I would of imagined. Thank you Ryan.
