"We've been battling water leakage in our living room for years. We've had several contractors (roofing, window, etc) try to find the source of the problem to no avail. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem."

"Russell sold me a warranty for an entire roof repair done in 2014. The roof cost $25,000. 8 years later I have shingles falling off the roof. I called them to fix the roof. They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more. Then they did not show up to do the work, so I ended up hiring another company."

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."
