"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Mike came out to walk us through the door buying process. Mike was among one of the most transparent and thorough salesmen we've ever worked with. If we could hire Mike we would, but unfortunately we only needed a storm door and the owner tried to upsell us on more doors stating the storm door was an add-on and we couldn't just get that. Rhis isnt reflective of Mike whatsoever....he was amazing and personable! The entire package quote put us well over our budget for 1 storm door replacement thus why we didnt hire them. Mike did give us a final offer knocking a chunk off the price but again this was too high for our budget. It was worth having him here and for the information. We were hoping for some odd reason the package bundle would have been more reasonable rather than equivalent to the cost of replacing a roof. Thank you for your time though, your products do appear quality and you get what you pay for....but for us just not affordable."

"Castle promptly called me but I found that they did not do my type of installation(enlarging window and door openings for bigger door and window than previous size."

"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more.
