"Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders"

"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

I had four groups to chose from, the first one so expensive, I new I had to keep looking, the next had a few reasons why they were unable to keep the appointment, Then came Zenith Roofing, Brian was the only one who wanted me to check out my homeowners insurance first. I found out that the repair would be covered.. Brian gave me the repair cost, well within range. Then I asked what would it be to replace the whole roof? "Where do I start. Excel Roofing was the first to call me back. The other two companies would not come out because the job was not big enough. Todd came on the promised time . He replaced my 1 cracked terracotta tile . He is super efficient. A really nice guy. He even used his blower to blow the pigeon poop off my roof.! Over all a great experience .
