I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. Brian, the owner of Zenith was at my house within 2 days and gave me a professionally prepared proposal. Brians proposal covered removing major portions of the cement tiles, replacing the underlayment with updated materials. The other proposal just spot treated the leaking areas. The choice was easy as the prices were comparable and I prefer to work with local contractors. As soon as the rains stopped Brian was here and 4 days later (working through the weekend) my roof was repaired. Brian is a professional and I would recommend him without reservation."
