"I tried to replace our old Moen faucets myself, but was unable to remove the old ones. Rudy responded quickly after I first called him and he came to see what I needed. Initially, he was unable to remove the old faucets due to the type of faucets we had and limited space under the sinks. He came later with his assistant, but they were unable to install standard faucets with mounting nuts from below the sink given the limited space. It took a couple of weeks to find a faucet with bracket and screws instead. Once Rudy found these, he and his assistant came and installed them in about an hour-and-a-half. The new (Delta) faucets were more expensive than the ones I had originally bought at Home Depot, but were of better quality."

Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. "I understand that contractor schedules do not always accommodate my scenario, but at 8:30 a.m. I noticed that my water heater was leaking across the entire garage floor. I called them immediately. They were finishing up another job and told me they be at my house within an hour. (During that time I researched the best brands, pricing and labor costs so that I could make an informed decision about their quote.) They arrived promptly, answered all my questions, quoted very competitively and by 12:30 pm I had a brand new, high quality water heater installed, in a professional manner. They even replaced a small part in a leaky toilet and helped me fill out the registration and extended warranty paperwork on the water heater at no extra cost for the time it took. From beginning to end, all I had to do was call them, open the garage door, point to the water heater and they did the rest - including hauling away my old water heater. I have utilized Marc and Ean in the past for a major sewer lining job and I can now say with confidence, no matter how large or small the job - these are the guys to call.
