He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Could not have asked for better service.  All along the way, communication was at its highest level.  The doors I ordered had to be special ordered due to the type of wood and finish needed.  This was not a problem.
I received more service than I expected, at a level I appreciated.  No sub contractors here.  These people know what they're doing, which is something I have a great deal of respect for.
I'm almost walking around looking for another door to replace.

"He worked with my wife. He had already had a long day and we were the last call. He had a bit of an attitude to start. Did not understand what my wife wanted so she had to take him to another room I’m our house to show him. He did not have how own ladder so we had to provide him a ladder to complete the work. When I got home he was almost done and my wife notice he put the wrong color fan blades facing down. He processed to argue with my wife that this was the side she wanted facing down & refused to switch them and I was their to witness his attitude. At this time I just had him quickly finish up and leave. He did not offer to clean up the mess from the install. I paid him by Zelle app and he left. I would definitely not use or recommend him again. Also now I will need to take apart the fan again to fix that blade color."
