"Bart and Vince and their able crew did a wonderful job in remodeling our home. Robert and Christian always made sure to clean up the workplace in the yards each day. They are personable and professional, as was Dave Jones when he walked through the options and fees. If you have need for project-level remodel services, call Coors Exteriors. We are very happy customers, and you will be, too. They have a long history of proper service to clients in the Tippecanoe County area. Highly recommended. <br />"

"They tidied up each day and never left a mess of dirty paint brushes or cans. Best of all, the staffs attention to detail is by far the best I have ever encountered with painters. the lines were straight, there were no drips and coverage was phenomenal. He was also very helpful with paint colors and estimating the required number of gallons for the job."

"Everything went well from start to finish. Lyndon is professional in submitting quote, scheduling and completing the job in timely manner. Also, Lyndon and his staff were very quick in responding to any question we had. They were very careful and respectful to our property during their work. I'll hire them again in future. "<p>As mentioned, the results were fantastic, they were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up the work site. They were very easy to work with. My real estate agent says the work they provided will make the sale of the property much easier and that my investment will be more than recouped by the added value and better curb appeal from the work that Seamless performed.</p>"

"They worked with us on everything. Discussed all of the details, and managed to save us some money in a couple areas. They did one bath and then the other. There was an ordering snafu, which required us waiting for a little while on the glass shower doors, but overall we are extremely happy. We would use their services again, and I recommend them. <br /> Our bathrooms look very nice and we are very satisfied with them. <br />"

"Ernie Myette, owner of Myette Enterprises, was referred to us by a family member who is also one of his customers. He's been our and quot;pool guyand quot; since we moved into our new home last year and has done a wide variety of pool work for us, including draining, cleaning, and repainting our pool when we moved in. We had Ernie back out this year to open our pool in April. Knowing that pool opening/closing season is a busy time of the year for any pool service, we made sure to get on his schedule well in advance - almost two months beforehand - and had no trouble getting things done on time. <br /> Overall, we've been very pleased with the service we have received from Ernie. He's very safety conscious and thorough, and anytime he notices something that might become a problem later on, he always brings it to our attention as something we should watch, rather than letting it go. Ernie is extremely knowledgeable about seemingly every aspect of pools, and is more than willing to offer his advice and recommendations, and gives every issue his personal attention. This is something that we genuinely appreciate. While Myette Enterprises is a smaller outfit and lacks the scale and workforce of the big chain pool companies, when dealing w/ Myette Enterprises, we know we are dealing with <em><strong>the owner</strong></em> and not a disinterested subcontractor or seasonal worker. Ernie is very friendly, and is genuinely interested in keeping us happy. We have a very high level of trust in Ernie, and will happily continue to use his service. <br />"

FAQs for deck, fence, patio or porch clean and seal projects in Templeton, IN

You should clean your deck before sealing it. Cleaning before refinishing is critical. If you don’t remove dirt and debris, you'll trap moisture in the wood, which prevents the new sealer from working correctly and can lead to costly repairs. Whether you need to sand, power wash, or sandblast depends on your deck's condition.

Sealing and staining your deck are essential maintenance methods that protect and beautify your outdoor space. Stain adds rich color and guards against fading, while sealant fortifies the wood against moisture and weather damage. Wood type, climate, deck age, and the degree of existing damage determine whether your deck benefits from one or both treatments. Using both options extends your deck’s durability and enhances its overall appearance.

Power washing and sealing your deck costs $500 to $1,700. This process combines the removal of stubborn dirt and debris with a protective seal that preserves the wood’s integrity. Effective cleaning eliminates harmful buildup, and a proper seal prevents moisture damage and wood decay, ensuring long-term durability and reducing future repair expenses.

Your deck must be sealed every one to three years to maintain its strength and appearance. Regular sealing is essential to protect the wood against moisture, mold, and harmful UV rays. A consistent sealing schedule prevents rapid deterioration and costly repairs. Inspections should be performed annually to determine if the protective layer remains intact, extending the life of your deck.

Leaving your deck untreated compromises its structural integrity and safety. An unprotected deck rots quickly due to moisture and environmental exposure, which means that neglecting sealing results in rapid decay and expensive replacement costs of $4,125 to $11,650. Sealing your deck is essential for maintaining its durability and protecting your home.

The sealant on your deck dries within a few hours and reaches full cure within 72 hours before regular use. It is essential to wait until the complete curing period to ensure the protective layer fully sets and resists weather and foot traffic. Proper drying guarantees that your deck is fully protected against moisture and environmental damage, ensuring lasting quality.
