The contractors kept me informed and ask for my approval/concerns throughout the project. Work was completed in a timely manner. The work site was kept as neat and organized as possible when digging down several feet into the ground and cutting out a concrete slab from a basement wall. "Fabulous! Matt, the owner, was helpful and professional in suggesting the right windows, and was not a high-pressure salesman, as we experienced from some other companies (and did not like). The windows, which are beautiful and preserve the look of the house, were installed ahead of schedule and done with precision and care by Kevin and his assistant. Matt frequently checked in to make sure everything was going ok, and made sure that we were satisfied. We changed our minds about wanting some interior molding that was in the contract, and Matt quickly took out that cost. Later, we decided to add some additional work around the door frame, which Kevin was able to do quickly. We still ended up paying less than the original estimate. This is a terrific company, with quality products and excellent workmanship."

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."
