"We had an issue with our hot tub with freezing temperatures, pour water quality, and a cracked filter system. Of course this happened over the holiday week but Brian was able to talk to me on the phone to put in a solution to prevent further damage until he was able to come to our house. When he did come to our house, he was extremely professional, I was concerned we were not going to be able to repair or fill up the tub in freezing temperatures, but he is equipped to handle those sorts of situations and was able to have our hot tub repaired and running in no time. He also is available for quick texts about questions I have regarding chemicals or the mechanics of our hot tub. Brian is very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use him again if there’s any issues with our hot tub and would recommend him to anyone who needs help with theirs."
