"Very prompt and organized. Andrea came out during the day while they were working on the roof to check on progress and to see if there were any questions. She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. Will definitely use them again in the future if need be!"

"Crews all the way from sales team, to installers and inspection, truly outstanding customer service and inclusion in the whole project. Efficient, clean, professional! Impressed enough with the work and ease of experience getting the siding and windows replaced, that I'm having them replace my roof also!"

"I received a call from Chris about 15 minutes after my request to home advisor, He was polite, courteous, and attentive to detail. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work to my satisfaction in a very reasonable amount of time. Should I need any additional outside cosmetic repairs I would be more then happy to use his services again."

"I had them completely the siding and roof on the backside of my house, which included a very tall/high chimney. They also touched up other trim work around the house and painted everything to match my existing trim. They really did a great job. The workmanship was great, the follow - up and customer services was superior. I will definitely use them again They really are the best company I’ve dealt with in years! Our CertainTeed siding and roof looks amazing and we even had a few compliments from the neighbors! Excellent work, you won’t be disappointed!"

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "Outstanding company from the sales person to the project manager to the very competent roofers. The estimate to replace my roof was not the highest or the lowest but was realistic. I was in constant contact with various personnel who kept me informed about the project. On installation day, the crew of 8 roofers began work at 7:30am and finished at 2:30pm. All waste was cleaned up and placed in the dumpster. Overall, a great company to consider when replacing your roof."

"When I recently removed rose bushes and shrubs that grew out of control on the side of my house. I noticed that the eaves and soffit was rotted and badly damaged at the point where the electrical wiring was attached. The estimate was reasonable and timely. They stated the work and gave updates on progress. When the work was finished it looked great. The bill and payment process was a breeze. I am looking forward to having Mr P do more need repairs in the near future."

"Jeff, Chris and crew were excellent. Quality of work is excellent, and the product is expensive but you get what you pay for. Love the fact they will not deal with lesser quality materials."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."
