"I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the job completed by Igor and his crew! We did a lot of research before entrusting them with our new home as we needed a lot done. We had our staircase completely replaced, new wood flooring on our second floor landing, and sanding and refinishing to a lighter color in our family room, dining room and foyer. We also had LVP installed in our kitchen and everything looks amazing! Here are some highlights about the job: - Excellent work for excellent value - Igor really cares about his customers! For example, he suggested during mid-job I replace my old posts and handrails instead of sanding and refinishing and adjusted the price down. They worked extra hours to get things right. He hired a painter to fix patching and painting we should have expected from the staircase demo. He helped us clean the dust and addressed touch ups - From quote through completion they were done in less than two weeks and this was a big job. - Highly recommend!"

"Al came out initially on time (early actually!) was exceptionally professional and gave a tiered quote on work that "needs" to be done and "could" be done with fair pricing. We scheduled the work for a later date and Al returned and did a fantastic job! He was punctual (again) and efficient-completing all the agreed upon work in a timely manner. He also plugged a hole in the back of our fireplace we didn't know about until we removed the wood burning stove and filled extra cracks on the chimney after capping it. "The salesman Mr. McKenzie was on time for his appointment. He provided all of the information which I needed. He measured the hall stairs for carpet installation. He provide the final quote and have wonderful carpet samples to show me. I told him that I needed 24 to mull over the price. Early, next morning I called him and I provided my credit card to pay for the installation. They came around a week later (I had a very busy work schedule) and the installer along with his assisted knocked the work out with 9 hours. They took all of the old rug and garbage and left the entire area squeaky clean. I would hire them again to install new hard wood floors."

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! After much discussion and thought, we agreed on an expansive project list. * New kitchen: cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic backsplash, porcelain floor, ceiling and under-counter lighting * Replace hardwood floors (rip out hardwood, screw down sub-flooring, install and finish new flooring) * Replace interior doors (19) and door moldings * Replace all baseboard moldings * Build new Pantry and laundry room closets and remodel all other closets * Family Room: Design and install new in ceiling lighting, and install new laminate flooring * Replace all electrical switches and outlets, and install several new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and family room * Fix creaky stairs * Adjust step height of several stair steps * Paint every room and closet, which required resurfacing of many areas that had deep cracking/peeling of 60 years worth of paint. * Design and install plumbing for a new water softener system, and install system * Install new natural gas Hot Water Heater including leak detector with automatic water shut-off.
