"This really is a good company to use.  They are fair,  honest and don't skimp corners.
The attic job looks very professional,  lots of bracing.  The job looks professional as all the  cuts for the wood look correct to support the structure.  Cleaned up well.  I could not even tell they went thru the house to take all the lumber in the attic,  Job well done.
Roof was the same way.  Guys showed up when they were supposed to,  did what I would say is in excellent quality of work, finished on time and cleaned up the outside better than what it was before they started.
I was so impressed now I am having them do some work on the roof at my home.

At the corner there was a substantial branch hanging out of the gutter and in the back there are still leaves stuck between the house and gutters. "We did not pay for it, it was provided by the person who was selling the home at the time. The quality was fine but the timeliness of the repair was not. It needed a new condenser and this company is country wide so they have one depot for parts. It took a week for the part to come from out west from us and we were in a heat wave and I liked to died. But because we had the home warranty, we were stuck. They covered it 100 percent but they were slow. They came as soon as they decided they would come. They came but it was not real fast. The worker was fine. It took about eight days for them to complete the job. They should get the parts here more quickly so they can do the repair quickly."
