I was elated to learn that they could install the same evening. The technician, Tyler, was prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. I knew the brand of shower head I had but unsure if it could be duplicated. Tyler found the perfect shower head and picked it out himself. I love it!!! It matches the bath fixtures perfectly. He even had it installed in under 10 minutes!!! I will definitely be using Bud’s Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!!"

"They asked lots of questions about what happened in what order before the problem showed up. Then they checked all the spots, moved outside and found the sewer line, then hooked up the big plumbers snake and ran it in and chewed thru the frozen and clogged clog and cleared it then put cleaning crystals in the pipes in the house to clean any remaining sludge from the lines. Told me to call if there were any future problems but said they didn't expect any. They flushed all toilets and ran all water faucets to make sure they were clear. I am very very pleased with the speed of service and their professional attitude. And they were very nice as well. <br /> Side comment: I called this morning at 9:30, they arrived at 1:30 and were done and gone by 2:00....awesome service <br />"

"The young man came by on his way home from another job he had just finished, This was about 7:30-8:00 in the evening. To say the least I was surprised that he would come that late. SO he looked at what he had to do and went back to his truck to get his equipment. After about an hour or so of running the electric snake  then flushing the lines, the drains were running free once again allowing the lady of the house to get back to her laundry. The total cost was 120.00 including a promise to come back at no charge <br /> if it plugged up again within a reasonable time. Bottom line is he made a loyal customer working late that night when he could have been home with his family. <br />"

"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."
