We're first-time home buyers, and he took the time to walk us through every aspect of the properties, and educated us on what to look for and what to look out for. They were using heavy equipment and some hand tools. I don't think that I could have done it by hand and not gotten lots of dirt in the neighbors yard ( their yard is below ours ) .
