"Jacob and his crew a wonderful. The bidding process was fast and right on target. I had hardwood floors from 1920 that looked like they could not be saved. Not only did he save my floors he was able to patch spots that had missing boards. My floors are spectacular now and everyone loves them. I also needed luxury vinyl in my kitchen so I hired Jacob to come back and install them. They finished in one day and my floors look great throughout my house. I would highly recommend him to everyone."

"Overall, the process was very good. The installers were great. The salesman was easy to deal with, not high pressure. My only complaint is I found out there is a higher quality version of the luxury vinyl than the one I got. Depending on the price difference, I would have preferred the thicker version, but, I don’t remember the different options of the sample I selected being offered. Maybe, the salesman showed me the higher quality version in a sample option I didn’t choose, but, if so, I didn’t realize it was also available in the one I got."
