The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. "Had a home shingle roof and flat pool patio roof replaced last year, and some solar tubes installed at the same time. All has been good so far. Covered the AC, plants and some of the lawn. Did a clean job except for too many leftover old and new nails hidden in the lawn. They did a magnet sweep twice but I ultimately had to use my own purchased magnet sweeper to get about a half quart bag full of nails."

"I worked with Dave Racer to get my roof replaced. I went from shingle to metal. Dave was there every step of the way. Responsive via email/text/call whenever I needed him. Their showroom located in central Cape Coral was perfect for me to be able to go see the different styles and colors of metal in-person. The roof was installed on time, at the agreed amount, and passed inspections the first time without issue. I was able to make a couple of modifications to what I wanted without a problem. Three crews worked on the roof (tearoff, install, and fascia/gutters). All three were super respectful, clean, and nice to my overly-curious kids. The lawn and drivway were clear of debris / nails / tools every day before they left. I could not recommend Roman Roofing or Dave Racer more and I love my new standing-seam black metal roof."
