Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
