"Absolutely amazing experience! From start to completion they were great. Came out twice before I hired them; once for the estimate and a second time to take photos for the insurance company. Seriously top notch service. They dealt with my insurance company on my behalf and fought to get my roof covered. I was really impressed. Sadly my insurance was useless so I had to pay out of pocket but with Cruz s professionalism and knowledge I didn t hesitate to schedule the job. The first day the crew showed up early and got right to work. By the end of the first day they had everything ripped off, new plywood sheets installed, water AND ice shield up and yard cleared of all debris. Second day they installed all the flashing and cranked out the shingles. Outstanding job! The crew was kind, and respectful the project manager and admin support staff, incredible. "Gonzalo was fully booked for the year when I asked him to look at some damage on my roof. He told me that he would double up his crew on a couple weekends to squeeze me in. My insurance delayed progress, and the metal was delayed by the distributor. By the time everything showed up it was full on winter. They worked every day they could to get it done and he did it right. The roof looks great and they had to deal with a lot of snow and cold. I highly recommend Valley Roofing."

"We inquired into the cost of a metal roof and Ty was knowledgeable and steered us to a better shingle with a similar warranty without the issues incumbent with the layover style metal roof or the cheaper ones with the rubber grommets in holding up to Wyoming's wind and rain.   As I wanted to ensure warranty information, I contacted the shingle producer and then conferred with Ty to make sure we had the appropriate shingle labor and materials warranties and the right shingle for the job.  Although he contracted with the sellers, he was helpful, friendly, courteous, and responsive.   His work was completed on time and for the amount he bid for.  I would recommend Ty and Pinnacle to anyone looking for a solid roofer.  His bids may come in slightly above some competitors, but you truly get what you pay for when it comes to a roof. <br />"

"New company in town so they may have been trying to impress but, I found them very easy to work with. Always returned my calls within 24hrs and worked with my insurance company on estimate/cost. Original estimate was a little higher than established local roofers but they adjusted when the insurance company claim came in. It was only a small roof but the were done in one day, no wandering off to another job and then back for a day as some will do. Crew was friendly and answered all my questions about what was going on and why. Cleaned up after themselves very well. All in all a pleasant experience and the roof looks great! <br /> The main thing about the whole experience was that they were professional, fast and they <strong>called me back</strong>! I had to hound the locals for even an estimate (one just blew me off even with repeated requests) and then they could only schedule me for next spring. Really? That's not good service. <br />"
