"Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."

"We hired Bob Phalan to replace the surrounding trim after we had installed new garage doors. He estimated 1½ days. But upon removal of the exist aluminum siding, structural damage including carpenter ant damage and a rusted-cracked lally column were discovered. Bob made required repairs replacing 2x4s, the lally column, plywood, insulation, wall board, and plastering. Then he was able to begin work on the vinyl trim. We showed Bob a photo of the “look” we wanted to achieve and he achieved it perfectly. He was at our home for 3 very long days, the cost of his work was very reasonable."

"This was both a demolition of damaged flooded interior AND replacement of the floors, repairs to the walls, and some electrical work and plumbing in moving fixtures out and back. it was a big job - a job I did not want to do but had to. Todd gave me an estimate and broke it down by section so that 2 insurance companies accepted the bid. He was a pleasure to work with, he did EVERYTHING he said he would do, he checked in with me to make sure all was going OK, the crew did exceptional work both on the demo and on the replacement floors and walls. Everything was CLEANED and put back - appliances reconnected and every detail was followed up. Truly, Todd and his team were what I could count on, they did everything they said they would and ON TIME. They attended to every detail, clean up, and not making a mess for my condo neighbors to have to deal with. I would hire Todd for another job in a second - but I hope I never have to!!!!
