"They almost always picked up the trash on the day they were suppose to. Because I live in a windy area, I had locking lids. The lids were never locked back on after the trash was picked up. So, after the lids all went missing, I had to purchase the heavy duty cans with the lids attached, again they never closed them, but at least the lids stayed attached. I decided when I got the bill in December to change to a cheaper trash company. I called the office before Christmas to cancel my service. I got another bill in January. I sent the bill back with a letter telling them I cancelled in December. I got another bill May 8, 2015. So I called again and they said my service hadn't been cancelled until the end of March. I explained I had cancelled in December and again in January, and even if they didn't put my cancellation thru until March, why were they still sending me a bill for over $400.00? They finally said they would remove the charges and stop sending me bills, but no one should have to go thru this."

Despite all the logistical problems surrounding the removal they got the job done quickly and more than exceeded my expectations. Darlene found some guys that actually rented the truck for me, delivered the furniture and set it up, and did it all without me having to do anything else except call Walmart to tell them who was picking up my furniture, and pay the guys when they were done. "Simply put, They were awesome. I heard that this franchise opened in Texarkana so I called the phone number. A live person answered the phone and set up an convenient time for the truck team to come give me a free estimate. Two uniformed men showed up in a clean, blue junk truck at the set time. I showed them what I wanted removed, and they then gave me a price based on how much room they estimated it would take up in the truck's large box. <br />  I agreed to the fair price, and they began working right away. The men worked quickly and safely and had everything I wanted removed out within an hour. They took away everything including old bags of trash, a non-working freezer, tires, old wood pieces and many pieces of furniture.  <br /> I asked them what they were going to do with the items, and they told me that they recycled and donated as much as possible, but the remainder would go to waste managment. I like that they had these eco-friendly practices. They even swept up after the items were gone. I paid by credit card using their mobile phone swiper. I got to put a yard sign up that acts as "the world's largest coupon". It will take twento dollors off the next time I use the service. <br />"
