Even though my architect screwed up on some measurements, snowden construction had no problem fixing and adjusting things to make it work ! They did a great job of tear-off and cleanup of two asphalt shingle layers on my two story house. They re-shingled using high quality products that look great and even added low-roof intake and ridge exhaust venting. Cody went the extra mile and coordinated with a third party awning company that I hired for deck cover last fall. The deck cover leaked where it was attached to the house from the moment it was installed. Cody had a number of phone conversations with the awning vendor's construction specialist to determine the proper remedy to the leaking joint and even went so far as to remove part of the drip edge he and his crew had installed and then ran flashing from my roof over the awning to seal the adjoining surface. I would highly recommend Cody and his crew!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
