"I interviewed approximately 10 other roofing contractors and this company was head and shoulders above the rest. They listened to my needs. They responded to my needs. The installation of the roof was accomplished in a professional manner. Their clean up was exceptional. We haven't had a serious rain or wind event since the installation so I really can't verify that I have no problems "under fire". But, I do not anticipate any. The contractor has assured me that if I do have any problems they will be there immediately to fix them. I do believe them."

"Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."

"Mr. Perkins was a great person to meet. He came out to my house the same day I asked about an estimate which was late afternoon around 5:00pm. He answered all of my questions and explained the products he used. I had 2 other estimates around the same price. His contractor showed up on time and started working. His contractor determined why my roof had 3 low spots. They were able to correct 2 of the 3. The last low spot was big and they told me what the issue was and that they could fix it. Mr. Perkins gave me an estimate to repair the low spot and the contractor told me what material to purchase. The contractor was not able to come back the next day due to another project they had scheduled. I understood that since this was last minute. The contractor told me that they would be back the next weekend to repair the low spot. The following weekend came and I received a phone call from the contractor saying they were running behind on another project, but they were still coming. I never heard back from the contractor to this date. I left it as is and decided not to call Mr. Perkins about this since I never paid for the extra work. Overall, the shingle replacement went well."

Jason was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We got on the schedule earlier than expected.
