"Nettie was very professional and responsive as far as getting the measurements, arriving on time, and providing advice.  After that, the experience went downhill.  The order was in two parts, the blinds and plantation shutter.  The blinds were supposed to be in in one week.  I didn't hear from the company, and called them after two weeks.  The blinds were in and they hadn't  called me to schedule the installation.  However, the installer who came out was very professional and fast.
The same thing happened with the plantation shutter.  They were supposed to be in within 6 to 8 weeks.  Because I hadn't heard anything, I called after 8 weeks, and was told they would be in the next week.  I called the next week after not hearing anything, and was told the order had been lost and the shutter would be in the next week.  I waited until Thursday of the following week, and after not hearing anything, called again.  I was told the shutter was in and they were just getting ready to call me.  Again, the installer who came out was very professional.
I would say the ordering and installation was very professional.  However general customer service and follow-up is lacking, making this a very frustrating experience.
