My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit.

As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.

"I was quite pleased with how prompt Instant Appliance Repair responded to my call. They showed up on time and determined that the control board was inoperative. The tech looked and found the board was on longer available. But to my surprise instead of saying you need to buy a new double oven (2500 dollars or more.) he checked to see if the board could be repaired. He took the bad board with him and stated that he would continue to look to the lowest possible price or repair and let me know. As of today I still waiting for the completion of my repair but based I what I seen so far I am sure my oven is in good hands.
