"just finished a great experience with this company. I sent a request on Angie's list to 6 contractors on Thursday afternoon. Matthew Perkins called me 15 minutes later to set an appointment for Friday at 10 am and was a half hour early. I had my quote that afternoon. I had to wait for the other 5 to submit theirs. Sunday I got the last one. Preferred came in 20% less the the next lower. I couldn't ignore the price and the references were very good so we set the job for today 1/9. They were here at 7:30 am and had the roof done at 12:30 pm. Everything is cleaned up in the yard and they are just waiting for the trailer to come back for the remainder of the shingles. Jason was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We got on the schedule earlier than expected. The workers did a quality job despite working in 100 degrees weather, ensured the roof had straight lines and even fixed problems in the attic caused by previous roofers we hired for repairs after Harvey. They didn’t rush to finish and I appreciated the cleaning during the work and at the end, including sweeping for loose nails in our backyard to protect our dogs. "Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."
