Once they made a determination, Ron replaced the front of our roof quickly and professionally. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "After severe hails moved through our town contractors were overloaded.  Pro Plus provided a quick contact with estimates for our insurance company.  For the demand upon their time they prioritized and did more critical repairs first (roofs) then moved on to siding bringing in new crews as they were able.  The only small issue was the lack of lead notice when the crews would arrive although this was due to an opening and quick scheduling.  Overall I was satisfied with the service and repair time and would use this contractor again."
