"The results are amazing. In our 90 year old home, the railing had pulled from the plaster wall, at the top of the stairs. Reattachment required drilling behind 1" thick plaster, sinking into a stud for stability To finish, plaster was added to clean up the hole, it was sanded , and the wall primed for painting. I feel so fortunate that such care was given to restoring this old time, custom railing to better condition than before. Its sure to look good, and be safe for another 90 years."

"Kevin was on time to review the project, a privacy fence around my City of Milwaukee backyard, and then submitted a timely quote. He offered good advice and solutions along the way. My yard is uneven and the fence fits like a glove. The biggest issue was the base of an old concrete wall that sat between my and my neighbor's yard. Kevin found a way to install the fence so that it is sturdy and looks like it was always there. He and crew did an overall excellent job. The completed fence and a gate are as good as I could have hoped for."

"Project was delayed by about a month (on their end) but received no communication from A1 that project was delayed even after I reached out several times to find out new estimated timeline. Also fence installation took longer than timeline given. They removed my old fence and set the new posts at the beginning of the week. I was told that they would return at weeks end or the beginning of the next week for install. It took about 2 weeks for them to come back for install. I understand they are subject to weather and so forth but some sort of communication instead of radio silence would have been greatly appreciated. I almost reached out to other fence companies since I wasn't sure if they were coming anymore or not. On the other hand, the fence looks great and so far it seems to be a quality product. Also the installers were very careful not to disturb the neighbors yards and were very gentle with mine. If communication was better I would have given them a glowing review."

"All of the employees that were part of the process were very professional. They came to assess the issues I was having with drainage and came up with a solution that would keep the water away from the house and away from the detached garage. The process to complete the work took three days.  First they replaced the concrete stoop and the walk.  The next week they took one day to remove the old driveway and lay the foundation for the new driveway and one day to lay the asphalt. They were very careful not to damage the bushes along the driveway and covered them with tarps. I had one concern when they were done which they promptly addressed and resolved.  I was very pleased with all that they did."
