In order to finish up before the first snow, Mike spent several hours prepping dirt and laying sod in the rain with temperature in the low 40's. This is a HORRIBLE company who just blow off customer complaints who have legitimate concerns on plants that are ordered online and do not survive the year. They cover up reviews left on their site and on Facebook! My reviews were quickly deleted and none were posted to their online site! This company has had problems dating back to 1972 in a court case that’s public knowledge!"

"We had purchased a house and the previous owners had not taken care of the outside, especially the backyard. It took quite a bit of work to get it to where it is now. Because we had to have some diseased trees removed there were large swatches of the yard that had no grass and also a pond the precious owners had put in was filled in and that area was also covered in dirt. There were also grading issues with the yard, which caused water to pool in areas (because of the pond). Lakeside called us back within two days and came in for a quote within a week. They were able to fit us into their schedule and gave us a fair quote for the amount of work that needed to be done. The plants they planted are very high quality and we are very happy with it. The grading work was great and prevents water from pooling. They gave us very clear instructions on how to care for the grass seed that they placed and used straw to protect it. The workers were very professional. The owner came in a couple of times to ensure that the work was done properly. Overall very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone needing a landscaper."
