"John and Charlotte are a pleasure to work with. And I can’t say how thrilled we are with our new floor. They worked around our schedule to complete our new floor. We can’t wait to have them back in late July- early August to sand and refinish our existing wood floors. If you’re looking for someone to replace or refinish flooring, I could recommend anyone better than John Robbins Flooring."

"Domenic was very professional and had his contractors come in and do the work. The tile people were excellent. They put a new sub floor in and then tiled. They were very thorough and clean. The contractor who did the hardwood floors were nice--but not as thorough. After the floors were laid down and my husband and I examined the floors, we noticed gaps between the boards that were very noticeable. We also noticed that there was putty covering holes and did not look right. We contacted Domenic and he came and looked at it and agreed that it was not done right. So, he had the contractor come out and redo what he had messed up on. This meant he had to take out about six boards that were glued down and put new ones in. This took a nearly a whole day. I was displeased with this contractor because he should have checked his worker's work before leaving the site. We were pleased with how professional Domenic was over this situation and how fast he took care of it. The people who came in to do the carpet were great. They did it fast and and it looks very nice. We love all of our new floors. We were surprised how easily our hardwood floors dent--especially since they are high end floors. The experience, overall, was a good one."

"They were friendly and professional. Very focused on details and making sure we were satisfied. They were flexible with scheduling and very accommodating. The floors are absolutely beautiful!!! We would readily recommend them to our friends and family!"

"They were extremely professional leaving the work area at the end of the day cleaner than when they started. He was extremely patient with installing the backsplash making it perfectly straight even around windows and corners. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I’m planning on hiring them for fireplace tiles and basement flooring."

"I am delighted with all the projects we did with Girls ‘N Tools! We were selling an older home that needed painting in and out, joist repair, replaced outdoor lighting, regrouted tub etc. in the new home (condo) Girls ‘N Tools put in crown molding, painted the interior, replaced lights fixtures. They show up on time, do quality work, clean up, have great ideas and creative problem solving skills. Jessica Gervais is professional, smart, experienced and truly enjoys her work. She is the model ALL contractors should follow!"

"Carlos and his team were absolutely unbelievable. We actually needed more work in order to prepare for the flooring to be installed and Carlos handled this easily and without delay. He did a beautiful job w the installation of laminate flooring and tiling bathroom. The work was meticulous and incredibly efficient. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"

"Working with Wes and his wife Aimee was a pleasure from the very first minute. Both are very professional and courteous - so refreshing and different that it made an immediate impression. You can have complete confidence in Wes to get the job done - done well and done on time. Now that I have found A&W Carpentry there is no reason to look any further. The other reviewers were all right. You'll see!

"Our first use of Empire was nice. They were timely, clean, and did a very nice job with our master bedroom, hall and office conversion from wall-to-wall to hard wood. Two years later we opted to use them again to remove the carpet from the remaining bedrooms from carpet to hardwood. The installers were great BUT the sales guy needs to retire. He stated that 4 bedrooms could be done in a day. With an ample size crew - ok. BUT 3 guys showed up and one left after getting the first two settled. Then later the another left leaving one guy. We were dumbfounded. They arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 11:35 p.m. We fed them lunch, we fed them rib eyes steaks for dinner. They plowed through. The sales guy called asking how it was going around 4 p.m. and I wanted to strangle him. NEVER AGAIN. Empire called to followup and when I tried to call back I got nothing so in essence they got paid and they don't care. Lesson learned - old sales guy lie."

"Westfhal Painting did a great job painting the exterior of my home. It looks much better. They were reliable Worked hard and completed the job fairly quickly. I will use them again in the future."
