Steve came out and was great with walking us through the process and drawing up a plan that we loved. The install team took 1 day for tear down of our old fence and install of the new one. "The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."

"This review is directed entirely toward the customer service experience I received from Brittany, who answers the phone at Florida State Fence Corp. I initially contacted the company because I needed a section of my fence removed to allow access for a well repair. I was provided a quote for both the removal and the replacement of the fence, paid the invoice in full, and the removal was completed without issue. The problems began when I attempted to schedule the fence replacement. I contacted my representative, Christian, who provided a date and time for the work. That appointment came and went with no arrival and no communication. I called the office and was advised to reach out to Christian directly, which I did. At that time, I also requested a quote for a privacy fence. Christian apologized for the missed appointment and scheduled a second date for both the replacement and the quote. Unfortunately, that appointment was also missed without any notice. I left Christian a voicemail "

"Excellent company. Price was fair, work performed as promised. We agreed to the proposed height but when their installation crew began work, they looked it over and discovered that they could add additional height that really made a huge improvement. The insulated roof keeps the heat out, the screens are heavy duty so that even our large dog can't hurt it. Best of all, we had a small leak where the room met the existing roof and they came out until it was found and fixed. Nothing better than a company that does great work and guarantees it."
