"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "Perferent Flooring did an excellent work for 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The manager Mr. Victor went out of his way to find competent tilers to install my large 24x48 tiles at 1/2 the normal price. His workers were very knowledgeable and skillful and the work was done in 4 days, both upstairs and downstairs. Luxury Vinyl upstairs and ceramic tiles downstairs. The company also has a credit application process through Synchrony Bank. I wish there were more companies like this one. He didn't even collect a deposit to start the job, he was more interested in demonstrating how good his 4 Year old company is. Perferent Company delivered on its promises and they were paid promptly at the ending of the project. This was the best experience I have ever had with contractors. In my view he deserves A . 5 Star rating."
