"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "I consulted with Paul regarding a severe slope in the backyard of a home I am purchasing. He took great care to explain what my options are with the yard, and gave me some rough estimates on what it would cost to implement the various solutions. He was very responsive and patient, answering my many (probably stupid) questions easily, happily, and in layman's terms. He spoke with me on the phone for about 45 minutes actually. This in addition to going to the time he spent looking at the yard and evaluating its stability, comparing it to the neighbors', and looking for details that might indicate anything potentially dangerous. In addition, he was a genuinely nice guy. We traded stories about our kids and he gave me some excellent advice. I'm saving up to use him in the future and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs to do work in their yard.
