"The owner Russ and his crew were excellent. They did an outstanding job installing vinyl wood flooring in my basement. They were very professional and finished the the job in the time frame they said it would take. You cannot find a better quality flooring installation company at a very reasonable price. I will be using them again. I highly recommend."

"We had vinyl planking installed in most of our first floor. It was a challenge finding someone to also replace a large section of the sub-flooring that was damaged. Max and his team did a terrific job from the estimate through the final installation. We couldn’t be happier with the job. Would highly recommend!!!"

"Got it done in a day! I love my new kitchen and hallway floors!"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Julio and his team from Pro Floor Sanding did a phenomenal job refinishing my second floor. They not only did an amazing job on our floors but were also professional, courteous, and treated my home as if it were theirs. The job they did truly exceeded all expectations, and I could not recommend them enough. 10/10! If you are looking to get your floors refinished, Pro Floor Sanding is 100% the way to go."

"We hired Sam's Hardwood Floors to refinish the hardwood floors and install quarter-round molding in our living room, dining room and entryway/main hallway. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated. Sam's business had some great reviews and all of his work exceeded our expectations. Our initial estimate was prompt and painless and we found his rates to be VERY reasonable. Sam was courteous, informative and responsive throughout the process. We received constant updates about our project (by text – with pictures) and Sam demonstrated his knowledge and interest in his craft throughout. Sam was excellent at answering our questions and providing the right information to help us make decisions throughout the project (which stain type, color, molding, sheen etc.). Sam and his team treated our home with the utmost care and respect and we could not be more pleased with their work. Sam is a true craftsman and he runs a model business which we would STRONGLY recommend to anyone. Do yourself and your floors a favor and contact Sam TODAY!"

"It went well. They replaced all of the carpet with hardwood. All trim was also replaced by LHI. They are terrific carpenters and painters. Will be calling them again soon."

"Footprints is amazing!! My husband and I just bought our first home and it’s a bit older with hardwood floors that required refinishing and staining, some of the boards also needed replacement. We shopped around for a few quotes and scheduled a few in person meetings. Arnett, the owner of the company, came out to our new home perfectly on time to look around and create an estimate for us. The other company didn’t even show up. Not only that, but Arnett is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He is highly responsive and so easy to work with. We opted to stain the floors darker and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job! They were professional and the house was beautifully cleaned when they were finished. They even left us extra stain so that we can stain our trim to match when we buy it. Aside from working directly with the owner of the company which really let us know we were in good hands, their pricing is completely reasonable and we really cannot recommend them enough! If you’re in the area and in need of flooring from a reliable and professional company you should absolutely call Footprints!"

"This company was wonderful. Arnett worked magic with their schedule and fit my project in within a day, after weeks of very stressful experiences with some other installers. Footprints worked non-stop, had it done in a day and the floor is expertly done and looks beautiful. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Arnett and your great crew."
