He did inform me that if floor joints had to be replaced the price would increase.  We set up a date for the work and his staff arrived on time.  After tearing up the old floor boards, he showed me the damage and asked if I wanted to replace the floor joints. He assessed what materials would be needed. He called Matthew to tell him the extent of the damage. Matthew called me about the adjusted price in which I agreed. During the repair, his staff showed me the new floor joints and insulation he replaced before he cover them with the new floor boards.  He also cleaned up.  I am very happy with the work and that my floor is leveled again.
