"They met with me on 4/28/2008 and I received the estimate on May 1st. I had asked for an estimate for replacing the current fence with either chain link or a cedar fence. They only sent me an estimate for the chain link fence. I called two more times to see if I could get an estimate for the cedar fence, but I never received any follow up. In the meantime I found another company that provided me with both estimates, better prices, and better follow up."

The project started with Jack Pappas coming out and discussing our options and providing an estimate and project time line. Jack was very knowledgeable and personable. Due to the Coronavirus, there were some communication issues and unexpected delays. Fortunately, our liaison, Jim Butler, was instrumental in keeping us well informed on delivery and installation.
