"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. In summary, if you are on the fence about attempting to do your driveway on your own like I was, or not, do yourself a favor and just call Renew Property Solutions and have them do it for you!"

"Concrete work looks good but they left with the dirt a mess they had dug out. Ruined items in garage and had concrete dust everywhere because they did not use a tarp or covering plus it got into the house thru vents. Concrete splattered on brick, garage entry door and wood above door and not cleaned off. Trash left in front yard. Rose Bush they had to dig up and they didn't replant for 2 days then barely put it in ground so it died. When I called they said these would be taken care of but I need to wait for the project manager of our job to get back from vacation which is ridiculous. There should be someone seeing that this gets resolved immediately. I have seen great reviews by other people that used them so I assume they did not have the crew I did. My husband had to level the dirt they put back at side of driveway due to it was replaced horribly. One end was so high the rain was sending mud on the freshly poured driveway."

"I had been dealing with sewer line problems for more than 22 years, including tree roots and blockages at a low point in the line caused by sinking sewer tiles. When Joel from Augusta Underground came out to diagnose my problem in January (and he spent more time doing this than any other company I have used), he told me that the sewer line also did not have a proper downward pitch, a problem that other neighbors apparently have in their lines. This company offered a creative solution that addressed all the problems. The line is raised above basement floor level and runs through the crawl space and out under the foundation. I was really impressed with the professionalism of Steve and his crew and the plumbers from Parsley Plumbing, who work with him. They worked very efficiently and methodically over the three days that it took to do the work. Steve informed me every day about the work that they would be doing, and it was obvious that he was always on top of things, even while he was operating the backhoe or directing another part of the job. He and his crew were meticulous and careful about my yard and house. See photos of the very neat 18-inch trench that was dug through my yard and garden, under garden edging, and right next to the brick and concrete foundation. It was impressive, and my neighbors even commented on how careful he was. I would definitely use this company again."
