Since February 1, 2025, I have been left without a kitchen, and the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid for services that were never delivered, my attempts to reach James have been met with complete silence. Robert claims that my case is out of his hands, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless. In hindsight, I wish I had done my research before choosing this company. Following some troubleshooting talk, we came up with the best and least costly long term solution and price. Temporary fix was applied. Arrived on time the next morning. Trenching was completed in a day. Second day pipe was laid with connections completed AND pressure testing..no leaks and water now to our backyard lawn and plants late in the day. 3rd day trench filled. Armando, site supervisor came back and finished final details the morning of day 4. Very professional team!"
