Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

Ben, Owner of Vision Roofing, was responsive, very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and more importantly transparent about the work expected, materials, and cost. Ben, visited us several times, first to take the measurements, and explain the process. returned with selected materials, and laid it out on the roof for us to review how it would look. The contract was well drafted, with details of materials, dates, materials, and payment information. "Poor communication from the installation crews No announcement of arrivals or departures. The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

"This is a follow up to my 2016 review for August Roofing. The roof to our 12 unit condo complex was redone in 2016 by August, which installed a new silicone roof coating. Since then, we've had a few leak issues or where the coating peeled away, but August was always responsive. In particular, Javier Carillo was our contact person and was always very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really tried to address our problems, even when he and I figured out that one of our leaks was due to a faulty air conditioning installation, not a roofing issue."
