Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

"Kastor was very nice so I hired him to install SOD in my backyard. He told me that my sprinklers needed to be redone as well. I agreed to that and the price for both was 16K. After the SOD was down he told me it would go dormant in the winter, which would not have been my choice living in CA. Shortly after installation it strted showing signs of problems. I texted him and sent pictures. I followed all of his instructions. There was no improvement so I texted and sent more pictures and he told me to wait until January and then fertilize. I did this but by then there were large areas where the grass had died and there were sections of SOD you could lift up that had not teken root. This even happened in an area fenced off from my dogs. This is extremely disappointing given the cost, the fact I followed all his directions and contacted him immediately when it looked like there were issues. "
