"I recently hired Encore Builders for a complete overhaul of my swimming pool, including new plaster and coping, and Iâ m absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire project was handled with professionalism, expertise, and a true commitment to quality. The main goal of this project was to refresh the aging plaster in our pool. The pool was starting to look icky and I had seen some other revival projects done by Encore Builders. The crew came over and worked their magic. The plaster was applied beautifully and smoothly. The end result is stunning â the water looks so clear and glistens in the sun!!! The coping around our pool also needed attention, and Encore Builders didnâ t disappoint. They offered a range of stone and tile options, helping us choose a coping style that complemented the new plaster and the overall aesthetic of our backyard. I didnâ t want much surrounding stone as I also wanted some artificial grass so my dogs can play and the surrounding stone makes the backyard look so much bigger! Brandon and Oz are a godsend!!! If youâ re looking to upgrade or revitalize your pool, I highly recommend Encore Builders. Their commitment to excellence, from design to execution, is unheard of. I canâ t wait to go for a dip in my new upgraded pool! thanks guys!"

"Jorge and his team did an amazing job! I had my backyard torn down, grass removed, and pavers installed along with artificial grass and a fire pit with gravel! Absolutely gorgeous, chulada! I can honestly say that not only did the backyard come out amazing but the customer service was top notch. My wife and I had ideas and changes during the remodel, his team adapted and made our dreams come true. Work was completed in a timely manner and I would highly recommend them for any landscape, remodel projects you may have! Gracias Jorge por todo!"

"Amazingly, it was 90 feet of fencing. He did it piece by piece and even reinforced the bottom so that no "critters" could enter our patio. All was done in 2 days, and he even did a few little touch-up things with the landscape. we are considering having him do a stone wall at the property line shortly. We are very happy with his work"

"They took my old computer chair, baby gate and other garden trimmings to the dump. Which I appreciated as it was a chore to have to put the trimmings into the yard waste container. Did and excellent job of trimming my two palm trees."

"John with Landscape West is simply amazing. After initially speaking with him and seeing the plan he had in mind for the backyard / front yard come into reality was breathtaking. All of his workers were very professional, nice, courteous, and wonderful to work with. Whenever I had a question, John was there with an answer very shortly after I sent him a message. I'm very excited to see how well the work came out and for us, we would 100000% hire him again for any of our needs."

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"Good guys, good price, marginal work.
The >outdoor patio< paint job went mostly ok. A couple of spots no one would notice (I just did while up on roof) went untouched but mostly good work.
The >breezeway<...ugh. This is a partially covered exterior entryway. The exposed six-inch beam header for the entry doors - the top was completely untouched. As they painted the walls over the door, easily accessible and visible to them. The stucco was a lighter color and trim darker - in places where I had applied caulk at the seams between the two, the caulk (white) remained unpainted and now glares out at me like a neon sign.
entryway...ugh again. This is a two+ story entryway, with curving staircase to the second story. The prep work, even though promised to be thorough was abysmal. Holes from previous picture hooks were simply painted over instead of patch and scuff sand. Unfinished (needed scuff sand again) wall repairs were mostly ignored and painted over. I said I would come back and high gloss paint the trim/baseboards and in many places the wall paint didn't go all the way up to the trimwork. There were also a few spots where it seemed two painter met in the middle of the wall and didn't thoroughly (or properly) overlap their work. Very sad.
In all fairness -

1. I was recovering from cancer surgery at the time and (clearly) should and could have done a better job of supervising the work being performed.

2. I shared my disappointment with Cynthia at Regal and she seemed interested...but taking pictures and emailing them just turned out to be a bigger challenge than I was up to at the time.
3. The crew was friendly, and very professional in their conduct throughout the handful of days they were in my home. But my definition of "Professionalism" includes paying attention to quality of standards, not what one can 'get away' with.

"We had a stoppage in our patio drainage system near where several pipes meet. It wasn't clear exactly what the best avenue of attack would be. I suggested one opening which I thought was the straightest shot to the problem, but there was another the tech wanted to try first. That one seemed to lead to a T that couldn't be passed. The tech then used my original suggestion and that turned out to do the trick after some struggle with the blockage. There is usually an additional charge for going down more than one drain hole, but since success came with my original suggestion there was no additional charge which I thought was fair. In any event problem solved quickly and for the agreed upon price.
BTW, concerning the price, there is a rate sheet on their web page that lays it all out which I appreciate. There are 3 tiers: regular, overtime and double time which correspond to regular hours, off hours/weekends, and late hours/sunday/holidays. I had the work done on a Saturday morning so the indicated rate was overtime. However, there was a moment of confusion at the point of final payment when the office claimed it should be double time since it was Thanksgiving weekend. The rate sheet, original over the phone conversation and the quote from the tech on arrival all were for the overtime not the double time rate. To their credit, this was honored without too much fuss. The take away here is make sure you know which rate you are expected to pay especially when you are booking on or near a holiday. For example, is the Saturday of Easter weekend double time? It might be.
Anyway, great experience. I recommend The Drain Co.

"After getting the inspection reports I called back, added an extra clean up request, then scheduled the work on both the deal and the extra clean up. Ricardo Guzman came out and did a great job, above and beyond the scope I expected from the description of the services. Neither Ricardo nor Bill tried to pressure me into additional work I could not afford. They patiently spoke with my fiance who oversaw the actual work and I ended up getting more value for my dollar expended. They cleaned the roof and gutters, did the sealant work and nailed the sagging gutters. These guys are professional, trustworthy and hard working. I highly recommend them and this deal!"
