"Eddie was a wonder! We had a leak in our roof during the recent weeks of rain, which damaged our ceiling and walls in our living room. We ended up needing a whole new roof, as there were multiple locations that needed repair (the roof was 35 years old). Eddie made himself, and his crew, available every possible moment to get the job done! When a temporary tarp was blown askew over the weekend, Eddie made sure that his crew came over to fix it within a couple of hours of our call. We felt totally taken care of. The roof looks great, the price was very fair, and the experience with them was a pleasure!"

He came out to inspect my flat roof and took the time to thoroughly explain its condition. He mentioned that my roof was very flat and would need to be hot mopped—a service he doesn’t offer. What stood out most was his honesty. He explained that a torch-down roof, which other companies were pushing, wouldn’t last and would likely start leaking in just a few years. He even advised me to place my AC unit on a metal platform when the new roof is installed, as the current wooden one I have is not up to code—something no other inspector had mentioned. Not only was Adam honest, but his expertise was clear. While I’m disappointed that he doesn’t offer hot mopping services, I would have hired him in a heartbeat if he did. His integrity and knowledge make him someone I would trust without hesitation."

"Bill came on time for the estimate.  He walked around and help me diagnose the problem.  Scheduling was no problem.  When his crew came, they noticed that a pipe was leaking upon opening the roof.  HIs crew temporarily covered the roof, allowing me to have a plumber come the next day and fix the pipe.  They then came back 2 days later and reclosed the roof.  Bill was very understanding and only charged me a minimal fee for the return visit.  I am sure it was a big hassle for him but he was courteous enough to work around my plumbing issue.  His crew was excellent and cleaned before they left.  Would recommend Bill for all your roofing needs.  He is very knowledgeable and will make sure his customers are well taken care of.

"Fixed a leaking roof. Full results are pending more rain. They came to the house within a few hours of my responding to their contact. They had some difficulty locating the leak but did find it. Price quoted going in was $1151; during job Jesse in office called to say fix was difficult and price would be $2100. Almost doubling the price was a shock. In spite of this difficulty, they completed the repair within the hour. The warranty for 5 years is good. The initial e-mail of receipt was not signed by the Above All Roofing Manager/ owner. The name was illegible, but I believe it was Jesse Bonilla."

"I was referred to 800 Remodeling by Angie's List, and the owner, Amir, called me literally minutes after I received the referral. I described my situation to him and we scheduled a meeting at my home for the following day. He arrived promptly and immediately introduced himself with a picture ID and his state contractor's license. After inspecting the cracks that were of concern to me in a structural post supporting a major beam, he took some pictures and promised to get back to me with some recommendations. The next day, he called just as he had promised, told me that after talking with a structural specialist he did not believe the post needed to be replaced, but nevertheless gave me a rough-order-of-magnitude estimate on what a replacement would cost, should I decide to have that done. After some additional research, I concluded that the cracks are typical and not impairing the structural integrity of the post, and decided for added insurance simply to reinforce the post with some wrap-around steel bands. Since that is a small and simple job, Amir offered to refer me to someone else to do that job for me. He did not charge me for the consultation or the time he spent in discussions with other specialists. So although I ultimately didn't hire him for this job, I was impressed by his professionalism and shall definitely be contacting him again for some larger jobs I am planning in the future."
