"Jim called time arranged and updated and he came today. I have a plaster living room ceiling that cracked when the roof was replaced a few years ago. He repaired the cracks around the ceiling/wall area and re did the ceiling and made it look much better and it will enhance the ceiling fan when it is put in. He is a true artist. He drove over from Hastings and was here all day and I felt his fee was not enough for the work done so I increased it to a more fair fee for the services provided. Not only did he cover the walls and carpet but vacuumed when done. Said he would be at my house by 10 but did not arrive until 10:20 and helped move the last of the furniture from the living room <br />"

"He was very patient. I bought the deal for outside work. He came to my house and showed me all of the projects that he could get done in the 6.5 hours. As I added a job to the list, I kept thinking that it was too much and he told me that I could add more. He got all of my jobs done in the time allotted and they all look beautiful. He even through in some light bulbs and a wax ring that doesn't seem to be on my bill but were replaced.
