"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."

"I hired them to repair a roof leak November 2020. They put a new flashing under stucco that they ripped out and patched. Six months later the stucco crumbled and the roof leak was back once again. Sent a message immediately and next morning called. The rained had stopped. Someone came by next day and said will come back two days later. Which there was no rain for the next two days. They returned two days later saw the problem. I had already messaged them with the problem as well. They said they would come back four days later to repair. I pointed out it would be raining for two days by that point. Sent messages to owner and she said yes would be there next week. Well what are we suppose to do after the rain comes pouring in our home again.?? We paid them to fix the problem 6 months ago. A few weeks later they did refund part of money."
