"Our five-year-old roof developed a major leak (gallons of water pouring into the garage), so we contacted Ibex. At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction."

"Every interaction we've had with Ibex Roof has been professional. Nanda provided our initial estimate and explained what we needed and provided suggestions as well as financial options. We signed up for their service that day. They kept us informed as to the schedule and timeline. They arrived when they said they would. Cesar did the initial work. He was efficient and explained each step he would take to remove old items from our roof, repair old vent seals, and prepped the de-mossing of our roof. His customer service was fantastic. We will not hesitate in hiring Ibex in the future should we need additional roof work."

"I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."
