"Job took two weeks end to end. The job was complex and involved tree removal, demolition, and then construction. Alex let us know what to expect and raised issues and decisions in an efficient manner. Noe and Gildardo were punctual, hard working, and took great pride in their work They worked through some wet and nasty weather and it didnt slow them down. The precision stone cutting they performed to build the wall properly really made a difference. The end result is amazing and we are very happy with the result."

"Beautifully! Greg researched and secured 100-year-old brick for the walk, as my home and garden are old and eclectic. He found a terrific batch and, working around weather delays, completed the project quickly and efficiently."

"Antonio and his crew were timely, skilled, and did an excellent job. They showed good attention to detail and kept their areas tidy. Antonio’s critical eye and skill helped us achieve the look we were looking for and within our budget. Our friends and family also complimented us on the nice water feature and fire pit. Without a doubt his work has enhanced the value of our property and the livability."

"Our yard was a MESS; overgrown with weeds, and to the point where we just felt it was out of our hands as parents of a newborn with no time to spend on it. So I called around for quotes and went with Courtesy Maintenance after Mariano came out the same night I called. We asked them to rip out all the weeds (which was A LOT!), trim up trees & bushes, edge the lawn, mow, and put down new barkdust. He quoted us $325 for all of that work, including 4 yards of barkdust, which his crew brought, and the price included hauling away all of the yard debris. So we hired them, his crew showed up bright and early on the agreed upon date, and did every last thing we had hired them to do. With the state of our yard, it took them the better part of a day to get it done, and when they were finished I just couldn't believe how great our yard looked, and how little we were charged for the amount of work they did! Throughout the day as the crew worked their office manager, Sarah, called a few times to check in, give me updates of their progress, and answer any questions I had if I had any. I thought that was wonderful customer service! Everyone with this company was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would hire them again in a second! We're planning to contract them for monthly maintenance as well."

"We had a vision for a patio in our backyard and the final project exceeded our expectations. We started with and uneven grade of dirt and ended up with a beautiful paver patio with steps and a sitting wall. Bret provided a fair estimate and quickly came back and remeasured when we wanted to add to the project. He was also honest about what material made sense for our project. Pedro and his team were amazing to work with. They were there early each day and worked into the early evening, sometimes staying until later to finish. They were professional and personable and we were beyond pleased with the finished project. We highly recommend this company for your project."
